We are seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer in Business IT to join Salford Business School. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated academic who can inspire students through innovative teaching, contribute to impactful research, and connect academic practice with real-world business and industry. We are looking for someone with expertise in areas such as business information systems, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cyber security, and business analytics. You will play an active role in shaping our programmes, working closely with colleagues, industry partners, and students. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Business IT, digital transformation, and information systems.
- Design, develop and review innovative curriculum and teaching materials with industry relevance.
- Supervise student projects and placements, supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
- Undertake research and knowledge exchange activities in Business IT, with opportunities to publish and collaborate with industry.
- Contribute to module leadership, quality assurance, and School-wide initiatives to ensure an excellent student experience.
