We’re dedicated to delivering an exceptional fitness and sporting experience for our university community. From welcoming new members to leading energising classes, you’ll inspire and motivate people of all backgrounds to achieve their goals, all while working in some of the best facilities in the sector.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcome new members and deliver engaging inductions
- Create tailored fitness programmes to help members reach their goals
- Lead group exercise classes that are fun, inclusive, and motivating
- Offer guidance and support to members on the gym floor
- Keep our facilities safe, welcoming, and inspiring for everyone
What we’re looking for
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Gym/Fitness Instructing
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
- Commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confidence in delivering excellent customer service and engaging with a diverse community
