We are seeking a Digital Learning Adviser to join our Learning and Development team within Human Resources. This is an exciting opportunity to shape digital learning at the university by managing the production and maintenance of eLearning, blended learning, and accessibility initiatives, as well as integrating digital platforms into the learning experience.

You will work closely with advisers and managers in the Learning and Development team, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure our digital learning provision is innovative, inclusive, and supported by robust digital technologies. Reporting to the Digital Learning Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join a team of people who are passionate about development in all its forms. We are ambitious for our people, and keen to ensure they realise their potential.

Your main focus will be to:

  • lead the creation and delivery of engaging online learning resources and blended learning experiences;
  • administer and develop our learning platforms, ensuring accessibility and a seamless user experience;
  • collaborate with colleagues across the university to embed digital learning into development programmes;
  • use creative approaches to enhance learning.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate experience in:

  • designing and delivering online learning using tools such as Articulate 360 and Moodle;
  • managing digital platforms and supporting colleagues to use them effectively;
  • working collaboratively with stakeholders to create high-quality learning experiences;
  • keeping up to date.
