What you’ll do

  • Assist in the mapping and enhancement of the student journey across various touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with UX and Service Design experts to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project support or a related role.
  • Familiarity with User Experience (UX) principles and service design methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, or Design.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the education sector or working with student services.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
