Applications are invited for the post of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Assistant, within the Information, Advice and Guidance Team in the School of Arts, Languages and Cultures. We are seeking to appoint an individual who is motivated to work within a customer service environment and ideally has understanding of the academic and pastoral support procedures and processes in relation to the provision of postgraduate taught/or undergraduate education.

The successful candidate will liaise with key stakeholders: key academic, PS staff and students and will be based within the Student Support Hub in the Samuel Alexander Building.
