We are recruiting to the role of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Administrator (assignment – Assessment and Progression), within the School of Arts, Languages and Culture in the Faculty of Humanities which is available immediately.
This role forms part of the School Teaching, Learning and Student Experience team and will will provide support to all areas of assessment and progression within their assigned School. This will include liaising with key stakeholders: key academic staff, other PS function teams and students.
The successful candidate will support the administration of all required activities within the School assessment and progressing team, including (but not limited to): quality assurance processes, appeals and academic malpractice, extensions and late penalties, processing mitigating circumstances outcomes, preparation of exam papers, checking and publication of student results, marking processes, responsibility for tracking documents, continuous assessment/dissertation/project procedures, exam grid checking and processing exam board decisions.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
