We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Administrator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for the administration of teaching and learning, and student administration student recruitment and international development, student success and development related activities, within a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the administration of Teaching and Learning, and Student
- To supervise and coordinate the work of teaching and learning, and Student Administration
- To provide information, advice and guidance to stakeholders.
- To work flexibly as required across the University, supporting the delivery of university and local priorities, operating at all times as a single cross University team.

Essential Criteria
- Relevant knowledge and experience, including teaching and learning, and/or student administrative policies and procedures.
- Flexible and responsive to customer needs with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide information, advice and guidance whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Able to supervise staff and coordinate work activities.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise a variety of work activities in a busy environment and meet strict deadlines.
Desirable Criteria
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Flexible approach to dealing with research problems as they arise.
- Good digital literacy skills with experience of, or willingness to be trained in appropriate systems.
