The Talent Development team are looking for a well‑organised, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused coordinator to join our team!

The Talent Development team sit within the People Directorate. We provide learning and development opportunities for all University staff including Manchester Gold Mentoring, Health and Safety, and Leadership and Management programmes.

You will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support for the Talent Development team’s learning and development initiatives, including arranging in person training events and reporting on the activities we deliver. You will manage the shared inbox alongside another coordinator, dealing with varied queries in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and coordinating events.
• Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc).
• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a busy working environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive and flexible attitude towards change.
• Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
