Student Recruitment Coordinators are key members of our Marketing and Recruitment Team and serve as the first point of contact for all enquiries relating to online and blended learning. They develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies and guide individual learners and corporate sponsors through our wide range of flexible learning options.

As a Student Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll demonstrate tenacity in working to commercial targets and draw on your experience to deliver data-driven recruitment and conversion campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align recruitment activity with business goals, while prioritising the student experience. You’ll maintain accurate records and reporting through our CRM system to inform ongoing recruitment strategies and monitor engagement.

The ideal candidate will be confident analysing data, identifying trends and developing strategies to support student recruitment. You’ll be highly motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have experience organising and presenting online and in-person events. Passionate about education, you’ll balance the demands of multiple prospective students, while delivering a first-class service and helping them achieve their learning goals.
