Are you an experienced administrator with an interest in recruitment?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity available to join the Recruitment Services Team within the Talent Attraction Team.
We are a busy delivery-focused team, processing over 100 University vacancies each month whilst providing a professional and efficient recruitment service to hiring managers, job applicants and other customers.
You will play a key role in providing support and advice on the end-end recruitment process. This will include ensuring that all University adverts and recruitment documents are accurate and consistent and align to our Employer Brand. You will be involved in the issue of conditional offer letters to successful candidates. You will also help to maintain the associated IT systems including Jobtrain, our online eRecruitment platform.
What will you bring to the role? You will be a self-motivated, highly proficient administrator with experience of working in a busy customer facing team and the ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
Additionally your excellent communication skills will be put to good use as you will be liaising with customers daily in person, by telephone and via email.
Please note, under the new immigration rules this role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route of the Points Based System. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK in order to be eligible to take up the post.
