Overview

The Recruitment Services Team within the Talent Attraction Team is looking for an experienced administrator with an interest in recruitment to join our busy delivery‑focused team. We process over 100 University vacancies each month and provide a professional and efficient recruitment service to hiring managers, job applicants and other customers.

Responsibilities

  • You will play a key role in providing support and advice on the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
  • This will include ensuring that all University adverts and recruitment documents are accurate and consistent, align with our Employer Brand, issuing conditional offer letters to successful candidates, and maintaining the associated IT systems including Jobtrain, our online eRecruitment platform.

Qualifications

What will you bring to the role? You will be a self‑motivated, highly proficient administrator with experience of working in a busy customer‑facing team, the ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Additionally, your excellent communication skills will be put to good use as you will liaise with customers daily in person, by telephone and via email.

Note: Under the new immigration rules this role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route of the Points Based System. Candidates must demonstrate their right to work in the UK to be eligible to take up the post.
