The Team
The Digital Workplace team enables staff and students to work, communicate, and collaborate effectively using Microsoft 365 and other modern collaboration tools. We manage, support, and improve services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Exchange, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and easy to use. We also manage and support the adoption of M365 Copilot and other AI tools to help people work smarter and more efficiently. Our focus is on delivering a seamless digital experience and continuously improving how the University works in a digital-first world.
The Role
Based within the Digital Workplace team, the Microsoft 365 Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in supporting the University's suite of collaboration and productivity platforms, ensuring they meet organisational needs; support staff and student productivity; and remain at the forefront of technological innovation. They will provide second and third-line support for the University's Microsoft 365 (M365) platform and other associated collaboration services, ensuring they are reliable and secure.
