We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Assistant to join our team and help deliver a high-quality, student-centred service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to student enquiries and provide clear, helpful information, both written and verbal
- Maintain accurate records and systems
- Support day-to-day administrative processes
- Help organise meetings and team activities, including involvement in Student Voice meetings and society activity
- Assist with student events such as Graduation and Welcome
- Contribute to a smooth and positive student journey by ensuring a student-centred approach to support
- Be a friendly face on our Student Support Hub
You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team within Teaching, Learning and Student Experience (TLSE).
We work closely across Schools, Faculties and central services to deliver a joined-up, inclusive service for students.
This is a busy but welcoming environment where teamwork, flexibility and continuous improvement are highly valued.
