Applications are invited for a Teaching Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) Support Assistant within the Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) team in the Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS). The successful candidate will be working within the AMBS Student Support Hub offering information, advice and guidance to a diverse community of students and staff and be expected to provide a high level of customer service to deliver an excellent service provision. They will also provide additional clerical/administrative support to activities and events undertaken by the IAG team to enhance the student experience.

Anyone wishing to work in a busy and challenging environment, who has excellent communication skills, proven experience in a customer facing role, has a flexible approach to work and the ability to work proficiently with a range of MS 365 applications is encouraged to apply. Please note that as this is a student-facing role there is a requirement to be based on campus.
