We are recruiting an individual to join our Assessment and Progression team in the School of Natural Sciences.

Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a variety of colleagues ensuring seamless operations and a student‑centered approach.
- Provide day‑to‑day line management and motivation for teams.
- Support senior colleagues in delivering strategic and operational priorities, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Act as a key point of contact for the provision of information, advice, and guidance on teaching and learning policies and practices.
- Work flexibly across the wider team, contributing to cross‑departmental initiatives.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the role.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the team on committees and working groups, actively contributing to communities of practice and implementing best practices.
