We are recruiting an individual to join our Assessment and Progression team in the School of Environment, Education and Development. If you are keen to enhance the student experience and ensure excellence in teaching and learning administration, then we welcome your application. Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a variety of colleagues ensuring seamless operations and a student-centered approach.
- Provide day-to-day line management and motivation for teams.
- Support senior colleagues in delivering strategic and operational priorities, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Act as a key point of contact for the provision of information, advice, and guidance on teaching and learning policies and practices.
- Work flexibly across the wider team, contributing to cross-departmental initiatives.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the role.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the team on committees and working groups, actively contributing to communities of practice and implementing best practices.
