About the Role
Applications are invited for the post of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) Assistant within the Programmes and Curriculum Team in the School of Biological Sciences. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join our Programmes and Curriculum Team, supporting students and staff within the School of Biological Sciences and working collaboratively in accordance with good customer care principles.
You will have experience of working with administrative processes in a customer-facing office environment. The role requires applicants who thrive in a busy team environment, enjoy interacting with and supporting a wide range of people, and are flexible and responsive to customer needs. Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills are essential. Applicants should be able to work in a busy and challenging environment, meet tight deadlines under pressure, and ensure that high-quality procedures (which comply with University rules, regulations and policies) are applied consistently.
