A permanent full‑time position of Student Admissions Officer (Operations) is available immediately. You will work as a member of the University’s central Student Admissions Team in the Division of Student and Academic Services and be responsible for the delivery of technologies and processes that support the processing of applications and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of admissions functional coordinators and first‑line support staff.
- Ensure admissions processes run smoothly and continuously improve them.
- Provide procedural advice and guidance to colleagues.
- Work with systems and staff to drive forward continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience with administrative systems and processes.
- Excellent IT, problem‑solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with both systems and colleagues effectively.
