The University of Manchester invites applications for a 4-year RAINZ CDT studentship in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence for Net Zero.

The role covers taught MSc training in year 1 and Ph D research in years 2–4, with industry collaboration and extensive cohort training to develop engineers with strong teamwork and EDIA skills.

Stipend is tax-free at the UKRI minimum rate (Β£21,805 for 2026/27) and funded by BAE Systems. Applicants should hold a 2:1+ and demonstrate programming experience.
