The School of Natural Sciences is looking to appoint an Operations Executive Officer to support the Head of School. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of operational colleagues across the school, with the opportunity to work within a hybrid model, in different locations across the University estate, and remotely.
The role will support the Head of School with responsibilities including:
- Diary management
- Organising travel and accommodation for UK and overseas trips
- Producing regular and effective communication on behalf of the Head of School
- Servicing and organising regular meetings and events
- Maintaining staff records and other School records ensuring compliance with GDPR and other legislation
Experience of working in Higher Education is not essential and we welcome candidates with experience of providing executive support. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision and to show initiative with good attention to detail.
