The Operations Administrator role provides comprehensive and proactive operational support across the School. This is a dynamic and demanding role that requires considerable flexibility and the ability to prioritise tasks to deliver operational support for all staff within the School and the wider community.

The post holder will ensure effective and professional liaison and communication with academic, administrative and external customers, facilitate the smooth running of day‑to‑day activities by following and implementing processes and managing issues that arise. The post holder will also provide support and guidance in a supervisory capacity to other members of the operational team. The post holder will be aligned to a Department within the School, but will be employed by the School and may be required to support other areas across the School.
