The successful candidate is expected to make a significant contribution to AMBS’s reputation for world‑class research‑led teaching and scholarship. They are expected to teach at undergraduate and postgraduate level in the area of Management and Organisation Studies, including supervising UG/MSc dissertations, delivering seminars, providing tutorial support, participating in the administrative activities of AMBS, and developing scholarship relevant to management and organisation studies.

Over the academic year, 80% of the workload will focus on teaching, supervision and administrative activities, and 20% on scholarship, research and personal development. The post is based within the Management and Organisation Studies (MOS) group of the People, Management and Organisations division (PMO). The group includes scholars with diverse research and teaching experience that focuses on organisation studies, ethics, responsible management, sustainability and temporary (project) organising.
