The predicted salary is between 45000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Neuromorphic Systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic group of scientists who will be expected to develop a research program, supervise research students and staff, and actively develop teaching within an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct original research of the highest international standard in the area of neuromorphic systems.
  • Further develop national and international research collaborations.
  • Secure substantial grant and other research income to fund a growing research effort.
  • Attract and supervise postgraduate research students.

About You

Essential Criteria

  • A PhD or equivalent (including industrial experience) in neuromorphic engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to obtain research funding and to manage research projects.

Desirable Criteria

  • Demonstrated ability to supervise postgraduate students successfully.
