About this Role

HospitalityOnCampus is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join its Hospitality team as Hospitality Services Delivery Assistant. Undertaking the delivery of hospitality and event services across the university campus, via the use of the department's vehicle fleet, and under the guidance of the Hospitality Delivery Supervisor, Operations Manager and other colleagues, the successful role holder will ensure bookings and event support materials are delivered to the relevant operational areas across campus, in an efficient, safe and hygienic manner, as well as ensuring that the agreed timescales and standards for delivery are met.

The post holder will participate in the planning and coordination of daily hospitality deliveries across campus, utilising the campus booking system to prioritise and plan the delivery of bookings.
