Overall Purpose of the Job

To provide high‑quality administrative and personal assistant support to the Director of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and to contribute to the effective delivery of the University’s EDI agenda. The postholder will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, exceptional service standards, and a professionally welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors. This role requires regular on‑campus presence aligned to the Director’s working pattern to ensure timely, effective and responsive in‑person support.
