We are looking for an Engagement Manager who can lead an exciting programme of work, in a high performing team of policy and research experts. The role is responsible for horizon scanning emerging opportunities, planning effective communications, delivering engaging events, and commissioning and editing high-quality content using world-class research to influence those who make and shape public policy.

To excel in this leadership role, you must possess a thorough understanding of the policy process, including parliamentary procedures and local government structures. Your political insight and knowledge of current affairs will be crucial as you guide activities, manage high-level strategic relationships, and act decisively to achieve meaningful impact.

Drawing on your line management experience, you will manage and support your team to prioritise and deliver their workstreams while also providing opportunities for professional development.
