We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Animal Technician to join our Biological Services Facility team. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert care for animals in our research facility while delivering exceptional service to all users. You will hold or work towards a personal licence, following established processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards of animal welfare.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert care for animals in the research facility.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all users.
  • Maintain and follow animal welfare protocols and personal licensing.
  • Undergo pre‑employment screening and provide express consent as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in animal care or a related field.
  • Hold or be able to obtain a personal licence for animal work.
  • Demonstrate commitment to animal welfare and research support.
