To provide administrative support and executive assistance to various units across the Directorate, utilizing emerging technologies such as M365 and Co‑Pilot to improve and automate processes (committee servicing, diary management, etc.). To deliver office‑related functions and provide general operational assistance, including ordering goods, receiving deliveries, supporting the onboarding of new staff, and ensuring GDPR and health and safety compliance. To ensure that high‑quality and efficient systems are in place to support the work of professional, technical, and support staff. Be familiar with and offer advice as necessary regarding office procedures, processes, and standard templates.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and executive assistance to various units.
