The University of Manchester Library is seeking a proactive Library Experience Coordinator to deliver frontline services and create welcoming, inclusive experiences for all users.

You will work with Library Experience Managers to develop and support Library Experience Advisors across multiple sites and online platforms.

This campus-based role may consider hybrid working arrangements; you will be essential in guiding users to library services and ensuring high-quality user experiences.
