The University Of Manchester is seeking a Kitchen Assistant under the guidance of the Executive Head Chef to support preparation, production, packing and dispatch of high-quality food for hospitality services, events and outlets on campus.
You will coordinate a production section, translate recipes and service requirements into practical kitchen activity, ensure food safety, quality and timely delivery, and deputise for the Sous Chef when required.
