The Planning, Compliance and Special Projects Team is seeking a highly organised and proactive Faculty Operations Assistant to provide comprehensive operations support and secretarial service to the Vice Dean for Teaching, Learning and Students, the Faculty Head of Teaching, Learning and Students and the Vice Dean for Social Responsibility, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, adaptable and experienced in providing high level administrative support to committees and networks.

Planning, Compliance and Special Projects (PCSP) sits in the Faculty of Science Engineering Faculty Office and is central to how the Faculty makes decisions, delivers its priorities and keeps everyone safe and well. We provide outstanding advice, support and project management to stakeholders in planning, prioritisation, performance, governance, safety, compliance and change. We deliver this through five teams: Strategy, Planning and Performance; Management Information; Change Delivery; Health, Safety and Compliance; and the Faculty Executive Office. This is an experienced, collaborative and supportive team that works across the Faculty, its Schools and the wider University to deliver meaningful, impactful outcomes.
