Overall Purpose of the Job:
The primary aim of this role is to provide comprehensive PA support to named academic staff and general administrative support for the Division. The post holder will be required to provide high quality administrative support and will be expected to use their initiative in delivering that support.
Specifically, the post holder will support the Head of Division (Division of Psychology and Mental Health) and be part of a team of administrators whose aim is to provide Operations support to all staff in the Division. This post also includes support to Prof. Sandra Bucci (equivalent to 0.2 FTE, 1 day per week) and her Research Professorship. This post may include the support of other senior academics as and when required.
The post holder will be assigned to a Division within the School, but will be employed by the School and as such may be required to support other areas, from time to time, across the School. There will be a considerable need to respond to change in the foreseeable future and the post holder will actively work to support senior managers in achieving this objective.
