We are seeking an exceptional individual who is an experienced and highly organised administrator to work as part of our Student Experience Team to provide a high level of professional support to academic staff and students. You will provide leadership and line management for the section of the Team responsible for the administrative functions and processes particularly related to Assessment and Policy. Applicants should have experience of assessment procedures in a HEI. Day‑to‑day work will be complex and involve cases that may require interpretation of procedural policy and guidelines, ordinances and regulations and applicants should possess the ability to present such information in a clear and concise way to a variety of audiences.
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English Language (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience in a student experience environment) and have extensive experience of working in the HE sector.
