Working within the Student Experience Team in the Institute of Population Health, you will play an important role in supporting students and academic staff as part of the Institute's Professional Services Team, with a primary focus on undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught student support, assessments, examinations, and student progression.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal support.
- Interpret and advise on new procedures.
- Support assessment processes and student progression.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
- High-level IT, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is essential.
- Knowledge of University IT systems (BANNER, VITAL, TULIP, ORBIT) is desirable.
