The University of Liverpool, Faculty of Health and Life Sciences (HLS), is seeking a highly organised and proactive PGR Student Experience Administrator to join the Faculty Doctoral Programmes Team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting postgraduate research (PGR) applicants and students, contributing to a high-quality and inclusive student experience.
Reporting to the Faculty PGR Student Experience Team Leader, you will join a collaborative and supportive team delivering professional administrative support across the full PGR lifecycle from enquiry and application through to progression and award. You will work closely with academic and professional services colleagues to ensure processes run efficiently and that applicants and students receive clear, timely and accurate guidance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing applications and admissions processes
- Supporting registration and progression activities
- Maintaining accurate student records
- Acting as a key point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders
- Contributing to compliance with University policies
- Supporting operational activities such as induction, reporting and committee servicing
You will bring strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and apply procedures effectively. With a professional and customer-focused approach, you will be confident communicating with diverse audiences and managing a varied workload.
