HOSPITALITY TEAM LEADER – GRADE 3

£23,061 – £25,804 pa

Are you experienced in Catering Services, with experience in front of house services and events? Are you looking for a new challenge? Would you like to join our Catering Team?

We are looking for a Team Leader to work as the face of our catering operation on The University’s main campus.

You will be responsible for providing direct leadership to Hospitality Assistant(s), serve and deliver food and beverages to a wide range of customers, including grab and go, speciality coffees and hot food snacks.

Working with the hospitality assistant(s), you will carry out day to day work as specified by your supervisor or Manager and have a flexible approach to working in all other areas of Commercial Services.

You will become a competent user of the departmental procurement and finance systems such as Procure Wizard and Agresso Web, and the University’s EPOS system.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are all essential as you will work with the catering services team to ensure the provision of an efficient service and to provide excellent customer service standards.
