We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This post will be based at the Institute in the Park at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Eaton Road, Liverpool. You will work closely with colleagues from the Department of Women’s and Children’s Health at the University of Liverpool, as well as across our wider national networks. The role is a key part of delivering our Research Strategy and supports several of the Centre’s core objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the work of EATC4Children and coordinate and deliver the evolving EATC4Children pipeline of trials and projects across all the Centre’s workstreams in an administrative capacity.
- Provide administrative support for local and national meetings and teleconferences, including arranging suitable dates, venues and refreshments, drafting agendas, preparing and sending out papers, preparing minutes and ensuring resulting actions are followed up in a timely fashion.
- Provide high-quality support to the EATC4Children, enabling the team to effectively deliver their strategic objectives and priorities.
Qualifications
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including English.
- Office experience and clerical support to management.
- Experience of programme administration.
