The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
We are recruiting a grade 5 core technician who will support oversight and maintenance of the CL2 Laboratories based at iC2 Science Park, Liverpool Campus. The facilities sit within the department of Infection Biology and Microbiomes. You will be responsible for the provision of an effective and efficient technical service to support the research and teaching that is conducted by the department and across the institute.
It is important that you must have a flexible attitude to work to meet with the changes within the Institute. Occasionally, you will be asked to support other departments and buildings within the institute, as required.
You must have the knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the biological subject areas (i.e. Biological Sciences, Biomedical Science, Microbiology, Virology, Parasitology or Molecular Biology).
