The University of Liverpool is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant in the Residential Services team. The role supports student housing and accreditation services. This full‑time role is based on the University of Liverpool campus. You will be the first point of contact for service users, supporting students, external stakeholders, and accreditation of private sector accommodation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide overarching administration to support services and maintain effective communication.
  • Act as the first point of contact for students and other users.
  • Support internal and external events, which may require weekend or out‑of‑hours working.

Required qualifications:

  • Relevant administrative experience commensurate with the role.
