We are seeking a proactive, highly organised administrator to join the School of Medicine’s Admissions Team. You will support the full admissions cycle for our MBChB programmes – initial application screening, interviews, offer making and confirmation.
As a key contact for prospective applicants, you will provide clear guidance, maintain accurate records, and ensure effective communication throughout. This varied role requires both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues.
You should have 2 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential, alongside experience in a busy, customer-focused administrative environment.
The post is to cover a period of maternity leave that is expected to last up to 12 months from May 2026.
