This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to join a fast growing, dynamic and award-winning organisation. The University of Lincoln Students’ Union is a not‑for‑profit, value‑led organisation which exists to represent the interests of the 17,000 students and support their wider student experience through extracurricular activity.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the technical operations of a busy, multi‑purpose venue hosting a diverse programme of events including live music, club nights and performance, ensuring all technical services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Key Duties- Lead technical delivery of live events from planning through to completion
- Manage sound, lighting, AV, rigging and staging operations
- Ensure equipment is safe, compliant and well‑maintained
- Supervise, train and schedule technical staff and freelance crew
