We’re looking for a Programme and Student Lead to support the delivery, quality and continuous enhancement of our SQE and LPC programmes in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping student outcomes, supporting academic excellence and contributing to a market-leading learning experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and quality assurance of the SQE and LPC programmes
  • Monitor student performance, engagement and satisfaction data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with academic and central teams to deliver an exceptional student experience
  • Support innovation in teaching, assessment and digital learning
  • Promote student engagement and representation initiatives
  • Contribute to recruitment events and student-facing activities
  • Manage student complaints and disciplinary matters in line with University policies
  • Share best practice across campus and online teams
  • Deliver timetabled teaching alongside leadership responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 2:1 degree (or equivalent). PgCHE or willingness to work towards.
  • One of the following qualifications: LPC, BVC/BPTC, Bar Finals, QLTT/QLTS or LSF, or a strong academic background to Master’s level
  • Experience teaching law and/or designing courses at undergraduate or postgraduate level
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement
  • A collaborative and student-focused approach

Desirable

  • Proven senior management experience with strong leadership capability within a legal practice or educational environment
  • Fellowship of Advance HE
