At The University of Law, our students are at the heart of everything we do. We’re now looking for a Campus Hub Manager to join our Student Enquiries & Campus Services team in our Leeds campus and play a central role in delivering an outstanding, student-focused campus experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our busy Leeds Campus Hub, ensuring that students receive fast, accurate and friendly support for a range of queries in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Being student facing, you will be coordinating the delivery of campus-based student events that foster a sense of community among our students. You will provide positive leadership, management, motivation and support to the Campus Hub Team. This is a permanent position based at our Leeds campus with no opportunity of hybrid/remote working. From time to time, there may be a requirement for occasional weekend working based on business needs.
As Our Campus Hub Manager, You Will:
- Coordinate the planning of student inductions at campus level, liaising with academic and non-academic stakeholders along with Timetabling to ensure that induction timetables meet the needs of students on campus.
- Oversee delivery of a diverse events programme on campus to aid a sense of community throughout the student body. This will include inductions associated welcome events, Freshers' Fair, a variety of cultural and wellbeing events as well as oversee the operations of exams that take place on site.
- Ensure the Campus Hub is adequately resourced during service opening hours to enable service standards and associated SLAs and KPIs being met and maintained throughout the year.
- Oversee in person student enrolment and registration (including late starters), liaising with Registry services to ensure compliance with procedures and ensuring a positive welcome experience for all students.
- Report campus level trends and insights to the Head of Campus Hubs and track and drive attendance/participation for all events.
Is this you? We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with a proven track record in a supervisory or management role within a customer service driven environment. Experience working with students is an advantage but not essential. You will ideally have a strong understanding of the student lifecycle, including enrolment, registration, and induction processes, and be committed to delivering an excellent student experience.
Key Requirements:
- Experience of management or team leadership in a customer service focussed environment.
- Knowledge of operational management, including workload planning, resourcing and performance monitoring.
- Experience of organising or coordinating events, ideally aimed at students, such as inductions, fairs or wellbeing activities.
- Strong organisational and planning skills — able to manage multiple priorities, services, and events simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency and compliance in service delivery.
- Commitment to delivering a student centred, inclusive, and high-quality experience.
