We’re looking to recruit two Curriculum Management Officers to help build, maintain, and enhance the systems and processes that underpin and support our academic programmes.

As part of our Registry team, you\’ll work closely with colleagues across the university to ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of our curriculum data. You’ll be at the heart of our course development process supporting curriculum approvals and modifications, refining systems, and ensuring our academic structures are fit for purpose and future ready.

This is a permanent position working remote/home based.

As Our Curriculum Manager Officer, You Will Be

  • Managing and maintaining the academic curriculum in our systems (CourseLoop, Banner)
  • Supporting academic and professional staff through curriculum change processes
  • Acting as a key contact for curriculum-related queries and approvals
  • Ensuring accurate and consistent curriculum data across platforms and publications
  • Contributing to process improvement, compliance audits, and data integrity initiatives
  • Collaborating with teams across the University to align with strategic goals and quality standards

  • Experience in Higher Education and familiarity with curriculum structures and academic models
  • A keen eye for detail and a structured approach to data entry and validation
  • Confident communicator – written, verbal, and visual – who can liaise across technical and academic teams
  • A collaborative, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and deliver to deadlines with accuracy
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently, while contributing to a wider team
