We are looking for an Alumni Relations & Database Executive to join our Marketing team, working alongside Ulaw’s Alumni Manager. This is a full-time, fixed term contract for 12 months, working either remotely or on a hybrid basis from any of our UK Campus.
The Alumni Relations & Database Executive will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a broad-based alumni relations strategy that fosters alumni-to-alumni connections and strong alumni engagement, and which supports The University of Law’s strategic objectives.
This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a sector-leading Higher Education organisation with a real commitment to alumni relationships and it is ideal for candidates who are customer focused with strong administrative skills.
As an Alumni Relations & Database Executive at The University of Law, you will be:
- Driving the development of alumni networks and partnerships through a variety of channels including a dedicated alumni platform, social media and the University’s marketing channels.
- Day-to-day management of the online alumni platform, tracking performance, refreshing content and communicating regularly with alumni through the Platform.
- Maintain and develop the alumni database always ensuring its accuracy and integrity, as well as identifying opportunities to improve the quality and accuracy of data.
- Support the Senior Alumni Manager in the development and delivery of strategies and plans that help create strong relationships between the University and its alumni and that help the University achieve its strategic objectives.
- Develop a range of services and benefits that support alumni professional and career development, e.g. skills workshops, webinars, special interest groups etc.
Is this you?
The successful candidate will have a curious mind, with an ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will also have/be:
- Experience with database/CRM Management or a willingness to gain experience of the system.
- Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to rationalise, organise and present data in a meaningful format for presentation to a wide group of stakeholders across the business.
- Able to show flexibility and versatility.
- Willing to travel to support events on and off campus.
