The University of Kent Academies Trust is seeking an experienced People Officer to join our People Team. You will provide HR advice, manage employee relations cases, support absence and performance management, and ensure HR policies are applied consistently across the Trust.
You will build strong relationships with managers, maintain accurate workforce records, support safeguarding and compliance requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement across our People service.
