Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Insight and CRM Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Marketing Insight and CRM Plan. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our marketing operations, where your expertise will inform strategic decision-making across the University.

In this role, you will lead the analysis, interpretation and reporting of internal and external data to support marketing and recruitment activity. You will also manage the University’s CRM system, including stakeholder relationships and system development.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level, preferably in a business or marketing discipline, or substantial relevant work experience and hold two A-Levels (or equivalent/higher qualifications).
  • Proven experience managing corporate-grade CRM systems and delivering data-driven insight.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach.
