Overview
IT Support Advisor role at The University of Huddersfield within Computing & Library Services. Provides first line IT support to customers via telephone, e-mail and face-to-face as part of the Service Desk Team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first line IT support to university customers via telephone, e-mail and in person.
- Work in a busy IT service environment and provide a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 including English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10/11, iOS operating systems, and a range of IT hardware; ability to provide basic advice and support on these products.
