UE04: £26,093.00 - £28,778.00 Per Annum. CMVM / R(D)SVS / Equine Hospital. Open Ended Contract – Permanent. Full Time - 35 hrs per week.

We are looking for a confident outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will be part of a friendly, supportive team whose emphasis is on delivering high level client care from the moment our clients contact the veterinary clinics.

The Opportunity

This is a varied and interesting post, responsibilities include:

  • Assisting new clients in their referral journey
  • Booking appointments for clinical services
  • Dealing with telephone and email queries from clients and referring veterinary surgeons
  • Managing paperwork, scanning and ensuring a tidy and professional appearance in areas of responsibility

Reception opening hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday (including Bank Holidays).
