Overview
Grade UE05: £29,588 to £33,951 per annum. CAHSS / School of Law. Full-Time: 35 hours per week. Fixed-Term: 18 months.
This is a key role in our Undergraduate Office, providing efficient and effective co-ordination of all matters related to undergraduate teaching and assessment, including the provision of administrative support to all teaching colleagues. This student-facing role combines the need for excellent administrative skills, an organised approach, attention to detail, and the ability to develop good working relationships with students and colleagues. In doing so, the post holder has an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the continued success of undergraduate programmes at Edinburgh Law School.
The role is part of a 7-person Undergraduate Team which provides administrative support for undergraduate teaching across the School. This post is full-time (35 hours per week). We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working. The School of Law strives to be a diverse and inclusive community. - Coordinate all matters related to undergraduate teaching and assessment and provide administrative support to teaching colleagues.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with students and staff.
- Contribute to the continued success of undergraduate programmes at Edinburgh Law School.
